In the last decade, my work has affected positive change by leading the way forward and being the first mover of a new way of thinking about and doing African agriculture. I founded Agro Mindset, a mission-driven firm specializing in agribusiness ventures and has been a major investor in the development of the African youth and the private sector. The group has run highly profitable farm-based enterprises with long term growth potential and showcased this knowhow to the private sector in an industry relevant manner. This left to cofounding VillamHive to grow high end foods for new markets.

This work has earned me multiple awards and global recognition including The FORBES AFRICA 30 under 30 class of 2016, The Agriculture Laureate and Rising Star from The International Perspective for Policy & Governance with The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at the Impact Africa, Achiever Awards for Agriculture Excellence (South Africa), The Future Awards for Agriculture (Nigeria), GUBA for recognition of Innovation and Best Practice in Corporate Sustainability (UK) and the Ghana Top 30 Under 30 amongst others. Agro Mindset Farms is 2016 winner of Best Poultry in the Afigya Kwabre District of Ghana.

I have shared platforms with world leaders at different convocation including The World Justice Forum by The World Justice Project in The Hague; which later formed my decision to pursue Law, and Innovation Prize for Africa, a scheme that awards $100,000 to innovators on the African continent and at the OECD headquarters. With an insatiable passion to always outdo my previous accomplishments, I was awarded an MSC in Agriculture and Development from the prestigious University of Reading, UK, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with mechanisation option from KNUST, Ghana.
